Try using the pip package manager
Remove source script. I don't know if this is needed when installing via pip
Revert back to APT package manager with example found from GitHub.
Disable classic compiler for now.
Source the env.
Disable HDF5
Only build the fortran library since we only need to module to match.
Remove netcdfc from the oneapi branch.
Fix package name
Source the intel compilers.
Enable classic build and show install directory
Print env and make the installs separate for oneapi and classic.

Add MKL to prefix path.
Add full path to ifort
Try to complete path to ifort
Disable classic build since it cannot find ifort
