my first commit of creating homepage layout better with appropriate css

Description:-Issue number #3,

The issue was being given to me to make homepage better and use appropriate CSS in Homepage .

I have tried to make the HOMEPAGE better by using CSS in it. I have also changed the fonts, and you will find it in a new folder 'units-converter', which contains all the code in the index_princekr39.html and Homepage.css files. Please check and merge or update the changes.

The issue was that the homepage was appearing empty. I improved it by adding CSS to the homepage.
