[New Model] PoET-2

Hi ProteinGym Team,

We would like to submit PoET-2 as a new model for the unsupervised benchmarks (DMS and clinical, substitutions and indels). PR #89 includes the relevant code, including instructions for downloading the model and the performance of the model on the benchmarks.
