Configure PWDWN_CTL registers to power on all peripheral modules by default in npcm4 device tree. This change sets all pwdwn-ctl-val bytes to 0x00, enabling all modules at boot. Signed-off-by: Tim Lee <CHLi30@nuvoton.com>
