1.3.2 - Hotfix 2 SPM Support

Downgrade required swift version required to use the package. There is no need to limit to Swift 5.5.

There may be additional work required to insure proper backward compatibility.

1.3.1 - Hotfix SPM Support

Library was buidling but, was not instanciating FileBrowser xibs properly.
After playing around via the sample app, here we go.

We now have an SPM sample app and a Cocoapod one to make sure both are working at the same time.

FileBrowser now allows you to display the size of a file.
