"Python Basics" & "Python: Pong Game" Spanish Translations

Includes Spanish Translation for Python Basics & Python Pong Game

Seems like a large number of files but most are the images and such that come with it.

Main modifications are in .md files

Things to note:

• There are some images that contained english text that I just can't translate unless I have the original image or I recreate it so I'm not sure how to handle that
• should references to other pages automatically work once this is published? When I attempt locally I get 404s so not sure if it is just a local issue.
