…up until I could. The program's flow and the different command line arguments should hopefully be clearer now. In addition I configured the pom.xml so you can build fat jars easily. Tested against: WebSphere Application Server 8.5.5.1 (1.0.4.cl50120131011-1639) on IBM J9 VM, version pxi3270_27-20131115_04 (en_US)
