• Added check for FFMpeg and FFProbe. You need them both in your PATH for this to function
• Added Settings app, so you can toggle whether you want webms/zips in a file instead of being asked every time (creates a default setting file on first run if none exists)

Make sure you have FFMPEG installed. CBA to put in a handler for that (unless too many other people decide to use this thing and it becomes a problem).

Drag OBS recordings into the .exe to merge them into one long stream file + a zip of it. This way you can record your art, stop when you need to afk, and then not have to upload a bunch of segments or manually put one together. Sneed.
