Big refactor before ww3

• ability to create polls in every post not just main post
• ability to create more than 1 poll per post
• ability to edit polls
• ability to order polls by drag and drop
• ability to order poll options by drag and drop
• ability to remove poll options
• scheduler and cronjob removed, if Date.now() > end poll is considered closed
• save polls in drafts
• acp page to see all polls
• show number of polls in post in composer poll badge like thumbnails
• no longer uses post content/markup to add polls and stores everything in composer.posts[uuid].polls

probably various bugs 😏
