Repository for the Parallel Programming for HPC 2023 course. The relevant folders are:
- Week3: distributed and accelerated matrix multiplication
- Week4/Solution: distributed and accelerated Jacobi algorithm for solving the heat equation
- Week5/Solution: distributed implementation of the FFTW library
Disclaimer: the programs were built and run on the Marconi100 cluster at CINECA. The production phase of the cluster is expected to stop around mid July 2023.
