Fixes a ClassCastException that occurred when ImpactorAccount was used with a non-core/custom EconomyService implementation.
Changes:
- Replaced an unconditional cast to
ImpactorEconomyServicewith aninstanceofpattern match before callingstorage().logTransaction(...). - Removed now-unused imports from
ImpactorAccount.java.
