- Fix workspace nav item: chevron now at end (after icon+text), icon aligned with text
- FolderTreeInline: split 'New' button into 'Folder' and 'Doc' buttons
- Add handleCreateDoc function to create documents (navigates to doc after creation)
- Unified inline creation form handles both folder and doc creation
