TransTrack walkthrough, modeling transplant waitlist workflows and operational states

I wanted to share a short walkthrough of TransTrack to give context on what the project currently does and how it approaches transplant waitlist workflows.

The video demonstrates how candidate status changes, readiness indicators, audit trails, and role based views are modeled within the application. The intent is to make operational workflows visible and easier to reason about, rather than to automate or replace existing systems.

This is an early stage project, and I am particularly interested in feedback around:
• Workflow representation
• Status transitions
• Audit and documentation needs
• Operational pain points that are difficult to model
