Updates all non-hidden cogs (with the exception of Dashboard, which is being handled by #79) to support Red 3.5.
Additionally, references to
redbot.core.checksare replaced withredbot.core.commands, and a few minor bugs are fixed.The cogs which do not require API keys have been tested, though I did a sanity read of the code for all of the cogs.
