Add UI Replication Based on Provided Screenshot

This PR implements a UI structure based on the screenshot of one of the pages shared in the project’s Figma preview. I’ve aimed to replicate the visible layout and styling as closely as possible using semantic HTML and responsive CSS.

While the screenshot offers a general visual direction, the absence of access to the actual Figma file or design tokens (spacing, color codes, typography scale, component structure, etc.) makes it difficult to:

• Maintain consistency with the original design intentions
• Ensure pixel-accuracy across components
• Scale UI elements or adapt the layout for responsiveness
