Update license tests to use default excluded packages
Update URLs used in unit tests to actively maintained sites
Fix issue related to Wolfram Alpha API key used in tests

This is a bit of a patch to unit tests, consider in the future dropping key file handling from tests here and using direct configuration values to initialize classes to remove outside variables from unit tests
