Add listing permissions for given account

This helps list account IDs that have given some permissions to the given account ID.

Useful for inspecting management rights for founders or project owners who want to have the ability to edit their projects details.

This implementation is not going to work on mainnet as the number of keys in the root is too large. Please update the code to use lookup instead
