Code Review

This pull request correctly enforces the C++20 standard for the Windows plugin. My main feedback is to scope this requirement more precisely using PRIVATE instead of PUBLIC in the CMake configuration to avoid imposing unnecessary build constraints on consumers of this library. Additionally, this PR includes unrelated dependency updates for the example app; it's generally better to keep such changes in separate PRs for clarity.
