JS action (node20) that: - Downloads grove binary from GitHub Releases - Lists open PRs via GitHub API, fetches head refs - Pipes labeled ref specs to grove ci analyze - Posts/updates idempotent PR comments (<!-- grove-ci --> marker) - Scheduled mode: creates/updates tracking issue by label - Sanitizes all user-controlled strings in markdown output - Surfaces timed-out pairs as warnings, not false-safes
