Store contents in stable memory

• Stores assets encoding content in stable memory, which increases the storage capacity to 400GB.
• Refactored code base, creating modules with function and logic that manages different sections - file system, permissions, upload ... etc. Making the codebase a little more readable and easier to navigate.
• Added unit tests for the virtual file system and upload modules
