This contains the changes that I made to create a macOS app bundle.

Note that I replaced SDL_image with stb_image, mainly so that dynamic linking would no longer be an issue...

If you would rather keep using SDL_image, then I guess I first need to find another way to work around that problem.

No matter what I did, SDLPoP would always crash - apparently, due to dynamic linking with libSDL2_image-2.0.0.dylib.
Switching to stb_image allows to circumvent the problem (although it's overkill...)
* CMakeLists.txt: Retrieve SDL2 location using the sdl2-config utility
* CMakeLists.txt: Build for Mac OS 10.4 minimum
* .gitignore: ignore .DS_Store (macOS folder metadata)
* Supply strnlen() if necessary (missing on older macOS versions)
* Allow running without joystick support if SDL was built without it
