v3.0.0: Proteome updates, streamlining code, and dataset annotation

The API was updated to update the proteome information, allow for automatic downloading, and streamlining of code/applications

The following major updates took place

• ProteomeScout data was updated to match the most recent UniProtKB proteome
• ProteomeScout flat text files with all necessary information are now located in FigShare and are automatically downloaded/updated from FigShare as needed
• ScanSite information was removed
• A new class was created (ProteomicDataset) to allow for easy annotation of phosphoproteomic datasets.
