The goal of targeting SL5 is counter to the goal of targeting Mono, as SL5 is not supported by Moonlight (www.mono-project.com/docs/web/moonlight/) and ML in general is no longer being supported.
Test project was only referencing the Release directory, which may not exist depending on the active configuration.

Advanced the CI by factoring out the build and test scripts. Adds building on Travis using Mono for OS X.
