Add PDF positivity pinecards at Q=100 GeV

I created folders for PDF positivity at Q=100 GeV. Each positivity.yaml file in this folders contains the line q2: 10000.0

Look to ba78190 which is/was part of #181

If "old" cards on master work (which has this change), but the ones in #183 don't, please update those ones as well

• Can you please give a formula here on how you chose xgrid for future reference?
• 😇 - if not we can consider merging

1. The xgrid in NNPDF_POS_UP_Q2_10000 (and friends) has been chosen as follows:

• 10 log-spaced points in the range [0.01, 0.1]
• 10 lin-spaced points in the range (0.1, 0.9]

2. I have no other commits in program
