Integrating the RAP subset script into aerie-cli.

Some things to address:

  • There are some queries very specific to this task that I have added aerie-client.py, should I keep them there?
  • How else should I provide documentation for this?
  • Known issue where activity start times are sometimes one second off between parent and child plan and are not updated
