HTTP API and Graph routes

Seer server with authorization and graphs endpoints.

Using specific database URI:

./dev.sh server run --db-uri $MOONSTREAM_DB_URI_READ_ONLY

or customer db instance:

./dev.sh server run --customer-id $SEER_API_CUSTOMER_ID --instance-id $SEER_API_CUSTOMER_INSTANCE_ID

Required environment variables:

• MOONSTREAM_APPLICATION_ID
• SEER_API_CUSTOMER_ID
• SEER_API_CUSTOMER_INSTANCE_ID
