Should be able to remove local files now, avoiding needing git-lfs.

That said, we can probably just put these dockerfiles all in one main branch now, right?

Good flag! Yes, all the Dockerfiles can live in 1 branch now. Do you want to open that PR or me?

I can – and to take this a step further... we could now just put the dockerfiles in each project repo! I just did that for the EA sync and it seems to work: https://github.com/MoveOnOrg/everyaction-syncs/commit/76b8c88c7cd5fde07ce2792e4277ebc65610fb5a

Oh great! Should we still keep a copy of each Dockerfile in this repo as the "source of truth" or if we make changes to the dependencies/MoveOn custom additions, people know where to get the latest copy?
