Fix: Prevent skyconv path buffer overflow when splitting cake textures on long Linux paths (Ubuntu 24.04 crash).
Fix: Only copy Windows DLLs during Windows builds, stops Linux/macOS builds from complaining about missing SDL2.dll.
Fix: Correct gfx directory detection on Linux by null-terminating /proc/self/exe path, custom textures now load without needing a manual gfx path argument.
