add metric toggle (automatic/manual)

adds basic support for the metric system, can't guarantee all unit names will be correct

@LeWolfYT You left API keys in the config.js - I assume this is your Mapbox key, I recommend removing that so other people don’t use it and incur charges on your account. This will most likely be removed once we make sure this is ok.

We're gonna leave this open for now since we plan on adding international support. However, we are going to focus on fixing up some of the main bugs that have been plaguing this simulator. Thanks anyways for helping out with the sim
