uses clearer terminology of major and minor glitch instead of the deceptive "technique"
this is purely formatting, this is the world we have been living in for years and this change would hopefully be the start to bringing us all back to reality. the name glitchless is used to hide behind changes, completely disregarding the fact we have a multi-page long list of allowed glitches. people seem to overwhelmingly want minor glitches allowed, it would be nice to drop the pretenses and find a better baseline where glitches are neither allowed or disallowed.
