Deep Linked the saved Bookmarks to the Specific location.

What This PR Does

• Makes bookmarks fully clickable and navigable
• Saves exact page locations (subject/module/topic/video) with each bookmark
• highlights bookmarked content
• Maintains compatibility with existing bookmarks

Changes Made

• Added URL parameter storage to bookmarks
• Implemented automatic expansion of relevant sections

Testing Performed

• Verified new bookmarks save complete location data
• Confirmed bookmark clicks go to exact saved positions
• Checked that content is properly highlighted
• Validated old bookmarks still work correctly
• Tested on both desktop and mobile views
