This PR adds the IExtractImage interface to the list of common interfaces that can be requested from IShellFolder::GetUIObjectOf. IExtractImage is used to request thumbnail images from Shell folder objects and is a valid interface that can be obtained through this method with a cidl constraint of one item only.
