Added options for polling rate (1ms/2ms/4ms/8ms).
Implementation notes:
Used a timeout for the prompt.
Used a single character input for the prompt, rather than requiring enter to be pressed after making a selection.
Edit: Further testing showed using polling rates slower than 1ms were not a panacea for 8bitdo m30 woes. Still could be useful to have the different polling rates selectable from the script, though.
