please do not accept until the stable release of main with autofire pr (or maybe do, does this repo get pushed out as stable the same time Main does? i don't know how all this works i just run update_all and hope for christmas.)
resolves #128
adds support for new autofire_rates option.
adds four options with 2/3/4/5 different rates each in case they prefer less choice or more flexibility.
users can still modify mister.ini and put exactly what rates they want.
