Summary

hand detached tabs to DetachedWindow.add_moved_widget so resize tracking and lifecycle hooks initialise in one place
add a regression that verifies detached notebook content resizes with the floating window independent of the original notebook
document the behaviour fix in HISTORY.md

Testing

pytest (fails: segmentation fault in tests/api/test_core_api.py when running the full suite)
pytest tests/detachment/window/test_detached_window_moved_widget.py
python tools/metrics_generator.py --path gui --output metrics.json
