Summary

prevent dockable floating containers from sticking to their initial geometry so detached diagrams expand with their window
add a regression test that exercises resizing behaviour for floating dockable windows
document the change in HISTORY and regenerate the GUI utilities metrics report

Testing

pytest (fails: segmentation fault triggered in tools.memory_manager while running tests/api/test_core_api.py)
pytest tests/detachment/window/test_dockable_diagram_window.py
python tools/metrics_generator.py --path gui/utils --output metrics.json
