Summary

inspect registered Tcl command callbacks when cancelling after events so unstored root-level callbacks tied to detached widgets are removed
test root-level after callbacks without widget paths to ensure no invalid command name errors
document change in HISTORY

Testing

pytest -q (fails: Fatal Python error: Segmentation fault in tests/api/test_core_api.py::test_call_service_math)
