Summary

avoid stray Tk after commands by cancelling _animate_id callbacks during tab detachment
test that CapsuleButton animation callbacks are removed even when after info is unavailable
bump version to 0.2.195

Testing

python tools/metrics_generator.py
pytest tests/detachment/after_callbacks/test_capsule_button_animate_cleanup.py::TestCapsuleButtonAnimateCleanup::test_detach_clears_animate_without_after_info -q (fails: Skipped: Tk display not available)
