Hi @ChaoPang I am currently trying out training this model via the instructions provided in the Yaml. However, I am using another omop etl (https://github.com/rvandewater/OMOP_MEDS). I saw that you have logic in the CEHRBERT repo for extracting visits: https://github.com/rvandewater/cehrbert/blob/main/src/cehrbert/data_generators/hf_data_generator/meds_to_cehrbert_conversion_rules/meds_to_cehrbert_omop.py. If I want to train it with my meds data stemming from OMOP, I would simply replace the codes here, right? |
