Welcome to the Coordination wiki!

Communication in mailing lists can be in Armenian or English.

Comments in code should be in English, as we expect folks from all the world to work with code later.

Please, comment extensively! It should be easy to maintain and modify our code for others.

We should follow following guides and conventions.

##Milestones Brief description of milestones categorisation we'll be using.

  • Alpha (Early preview) - Software is ready to be previewed, and tried out by enthusiastic supporters. Can have serious cosmetic imperfections, but UX should be more or less finished. They can give feedback and suggest noticable additions/changes unless it requires to review much of the code. Localization can be started at this stage, and won't change much after that.
  • Beta - Tool are usable and are ready to be tried out by wide audience. Minor bugs and cosmetic imperfections are still possible. User documentation is sufficient, but may lack screenshots, have language imperfection. Only few changes in message strings to be localized should be expected here. Vast majority of feature requests at this stage will go to Post IEG stage, unless those are minor, easy to implement things, which won't cause bugs.
  • IEG Release - Tools fully provide functionality described in Grant proposal. No stability issues, noticabe bugs. They also fully work in at least 1 other language. They are properly documented for users, and sufficient technical description is provided.
  • Post IEG - Future plans/feature requests to be implemented after IEG project is over. Bugs, unless extremly rare never go here.
