Installer v1.3

This is the v1.3 release of the installer for the TVB - UK Biobank pipeline. See README.md in the git repository for installation instructions. NOTE: you only need to download tvb-pipeline_installer_1.3.zip and follow the installation instructions.

Changelog:

• added git-lfs support
• added pytorch support
• added install_ukbb_norepo.sh for people who already have a copy of the repository
• added install_ukbb_singularity.sh and env_sing.yml for installation in a Singularity container

Installer v1.2

This is the v1.2 release of the installer for the TVB - UK Biobank pipeline. See README.md in the git repository for installation instructions. NOTE: you only need to download tvb-pipeline_installer_1.2.zip and follow the installation instructions.

Changelog:

• specified R package versions for all major required packages so correct dependency versions for party will be downloaded
• migrated all Python packages to conda from PyPI and upgraded package versions

Installer v1.1

This is the v1.1 release of the installer for the TVB - UK Biobank pipeline. See README.md in the git repository for installation instructions. Note: you only need to download tvb-pipeline_installer_1.1.zip and follow the installation instructions.

Changelog:

• modified R package download location from US servers to R's cloud service. US servers are experiencing extended down times so this was a neecssary change
• updated installation process so FIX works correctly
• added reinstall_packages.sh so users can reinstall the software stack without deleting the git repo and any local changes made to it
