Summary

• Correct the Zenodo concept DOI from 10.5281/zenodo.19056978 to 10.5281/zenodo.19057457 across all references:
  • CITATION.cff
  • README.md
  • both changelogs
• Bump the version to 0.0.8.post1 as a PEP 440 post-release to reflect a metadata-only correction with no functional code changes.

Test plan

• All pre-commit hooks pass: pre-commit run --all-files
• Verify the Zenodo badge and BibTeX DOI link resolve correctly after merge
