HUGE UPDATE

Major changes:

• Added multiple games support (you can play few shared inventory games at the same time (#2))
• Fixed almost all item duplications and disapearances bugs

new commands:

• sharedinventory create <game> - creates a game of shared inventory
• sharedinventory delete <game> - deletes a game of shared inventory

New Config options:

• survivalOnStart - Set to true to set survival mode for all players when the game starts.
• showSyncErrors - Set to true to show errors in the chat when a player changed his inventory in a not implemented way.

Fixes:

• armor durability is now synced (#4)
