Fix backend startup import and add recipient alias normalization to pass all payment tests.
The backend failed to start due to an incorrect
WsProviderimport. After resolving this, tests revealed payment commands failed for recipient name variants (e.g., "Alicia" instead of "Alice"). Recipient alias normalization was implemented to map these variations to canonical contact names, ensuring all payment tests pass.
