This is a set of codes used to collected data from National Data Buoy Center database. These codes can be used to access and download the coeanic data measured by the stations listed by NDBC. Further, the codes used to clsuter the data has also been provided. The stations, and as a result areas near those stations, are clustedred based on the wave height, wavee period, and wind speed data for one-year, five-year, and ten-year measurements.
