- Updated `download.py` to create a grid of points within Uganda's boundary using a shapefile. - Integrated utility functions for checking existing coordinates, skipping duplicates, and summarizing downloads. - Enhanced data fetching logic to handle existing data and prevent redundant downloads. - Limited processing to the first three coordinates for demonstration purposes. - Added CSV writing functionality to append new data while maintaining existing records. Refactor `download_cams.py` similarly to utilize geospatial boundaries and added utility functions for coordinate management. - Updated `__init__.py` for better import organization. - Created `download_utils.py` to encapsulate coordinate management functions. - Improved error handling and logging for data fetching processes.
