- improve docking support:
- no docking for Info window
- docking only active while Shift key pressed while window dragging
- docking only active on screen edges
- step1 / optimize step1 (load_data, calculate_trajectory, compute_step_1) (insignificant impact in overall processing time/effort)
- step 2 / unify center of rotation selection to closest trajectory point (like step3)
- viewer / unify center of rotation selection to closest point from cloud segment
- added Shift+R for manual selection of new center of rotation
- small fixes
