The DYNACT project is divided into several steps:

  1. Decompressing and sorting dynamic CT volumes
  2. Segmentation of HR-pQCT images
  3. Registration of HR-pQCT images to the dynamic CT image space
  4. Between frame registration of dynamic CT volumes
  5. Quantification of TMC joint angles
