Following ManiVaultStudio/core#813:

  • C++ to 20 form 17
  • Update cmake: set debug environment for RelWithDebInfo with Visual Studio
  • Update CI: build RelWithDebInfo instead of Debug, and new CI runner

Drive-by:

  • Added a patch to highway in the "dependency example" for the MacOS on ARM CI runner since SVE is not supported on Apple arm64 CPUs and also crashes the compiler (AppleClang 16)
