Config monorepo

Repo for storing all the configuration for the different tools.
How to setup all up:

1. Run setup script with the help flag to see the usage

./setup.sh -h

2. Run the setup script with needed flags and arguments:

./setup.sh [flags ...] [categories ...]

Documentation on usage of the setup script can be found inside setup.sh file at line ~208.
